Pinot Blanc direct pressed & fermented in Qvevri. Chardonnay & Auxerrois both had skin contact for 4 days, then fermented in qvevri. After 6 months transferred to old Burgundy barriques and a stockinged puncheon.
Pale green in colour with a floral nose of fresh cut grass. Notes of honeydew melon & lemon peel complimented by a dry, slightly grippy finish.
