A lovely floral nose, red fruits and gentle saltiness with a mineral kick. A wine that faithfully reflects where its from - The Gredos mountains, 45 minutes west of Madrid, climatologically this is where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic. Hot summers, cool nights and very cold winters make this a really interesting micro-climate, surrounded by rivers, valleys and mountains.
