Moist and succulent in texture, it is full-flavoured with a hint of tropical fruit. Made with a mix of organically reared pedigree Holstein and Jersey cows, which is unusual to find in cheddars. It could be the extra richness of the Jersey milk that sets Pitchfork apart from other Artisan Somerset Cheddars.
Ingredients: Raw cows' milk, sea salt, starter cultures, animal rennet.
