With a lush pink rind Nababbo is a twist on it’s very well-known cousin, Taleggio. The cheese is washed throughout it’s 40 days of aging adding a well-balanced funky fruitiness. Creamy and supple, with flavours of yeasty bread dough, earth and plums with a soft minerality to finish.
