Hafod is an organic cheddar with a pliant-texture, rather earthen; aromas of wet clay, fresh soil and grass with an incredible salted butter backbone. A creamy, buttery cheddar, bright yet rich with flavours that range from strawberry-yoghurt acidity to structured, grassy and vegetal.
