CHEESE SUBSCRIPTION

Each month our cheese subscription will showcase a fantastic array of four hand-selected, seasonally-themed farmhouse cheeses. The focus will be on our finest & most exciting artisan cheeses, made in very small batches, which are sourced both locally and globally. There will be a great line-up of different flavours, textures and milk types for your delection each month.

Information will be provided about each cheese, including where it’s from, tasting notes, pairing ideas and fun facts! Each cheese will be cut fresh for the day of collection/delivery and hand wrapped, labelled and packaged with 100% recyclable materials. Additionally you will be advised on how to best keep your cheese, keeping the highest quality and allowing for the most enjoyment.

A box of crackers comes with each box, with subtle accompanying flavours as to not over power the more subtle notes of each cheese. Lets be honest crackers are merely a vehicle for cheese !!!

Typically our cheese subscription is delivered (or collected in store) on the 3rd Friday of each month; however, we are super flexible and we can change this dependant on your own schedule. For example: If you go on holiday - It can be paused for the month OR you can collect a week later OR a week earlier. If you don’t like goat’s cheese - Not a problem. If you are coeliac - we have some fantastic crackers that weirdly DON’T taste like cardboard! Basically, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate.

All payments are up-front, as we do not store any card information. Lastly, the more months you decide to learn about cheese and enjoy this service - the cheaper it is.
