The only UK produced raw farmhouse butter produced by using a lactic culture. Made using the protein rich milk from grass-fed Montbeliarde and Friesian cows, making the butter rich and creamy. Vibrantly golden in colour and flecked with visible salt crystals.
This incredible butter is hand wrapped in golden paper and packed in its own beautiful box. Best enjoyed thickly spread on crusty sourdough.
