Made from free-range Iberico pigs, popularly known as pata negra (black hoofs), which feast on nothing but acorns (bellota). It creates a legendary, rich, smooth and nutty flavour you can get from nothing else. Blended with black & white pepper and salt, then air dried for around 4 months.
